Welcome to Cruiser Spares and Mechanical, your trusted source for Toyota Genuine parts. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing any products from us. By accessing or using our online store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

Our store is based in Queensland, Australia, and we offer a wide range of Toyota Genuine new and second -hand parts as well as different products for sale. While we strive to provide the best service, please note that not all parts may be in stock. Some parts may need to be ordered in, which can result in additional processing time.

2. Product Availability

  • Stock Levels: All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Due to the nature of the parts industry, certain items may not be in stock and will be ordered on demand from suppliers.
     
  • Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the expected lead time for restocking. If you are not happy with the estimated wait time, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
     
  • Backorders: For parts that require ordering, we will keep you informed of the status and expected shipping date. We will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but lead times may vary depending on supplier availability.
     

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
     
  • Prices are subject to change without notice due to changes in supplier costs, exchange rates, or other market conditions.
     
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery address and the size of the order.
     

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Provider: We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Broken/Damaged or Missing Orders

At Cruiser Spares and Mechanical, we take great care in ensuring your items are packaged securely. However, in the rare event that a package arrives broken, damaged, or missing, we follow a specific process as outlined by Australia Post's insurance policy.

For Broken or Damaged Items:

If your package arrives with any broken or damaged items, you (the customer) must take the entire package, including all packaging materials, to a Corporate Post Office for assessment.

  • The Post Office will keep the whole package while its investigation team assesses the situation.
     
  • Once the investigation is complete, they will determine whether the claim will be honoured or not.
     
  • After the assessment, you may retrieve any unaffected items from the Post Office.
     

Please note: This process is governed by Australia Post's policy, not ours, and we have no control over how they handle these claims.

For Missing Packages:

If your package is missing, we, Cruiser Spares and Mechanical, will initiate a claim with Australia Post and follow up with the investigation process on your behalf.

  • We cannot reship the item at our cost until the investigation has been concluded and the claim is processed.
     
  • Please understand that we have no control over the way Australia Post or other courier companies handle these situations.
     

We recommend keeping track of your order and notifying us immediately if you believe there’s an issue with your delivery.
 

  • Delivery Times: While we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary based on your location.
     
  • Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote or regional areas.
     
  • If an item is backordered, we will notify you of any delays in processing and shipping.
     

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered incorrectly due to change of mind. Please carefully check part numbers and product details before making a purchase.
     
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase and photographs may be required.
     
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. All returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
     
  • Restocking Fees: For products returned without a genuine fault or error on our part, a restocking fee of 10% applies.
     

6. Payment

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
